I once was a man of solitude.

It made me lonely but worse of all...

I stopped caring.

I stopped caring for myself, for others, and my health.

Once in a while when I did see the light of day and a quick connection with another human being...

They looked at me with disgust and avoided the interaction as fast as possible.

At first, I thought the world was cruel.

But then I realized it wasn't them...

It was me.

I had to make a change.  I had to say goodbye to my old habits.

No more dirty looks and dirty clothes.
